Processing Your Order
Providing your ordered goods are in stock, they will be processed and dispatched via the Royal Mail or a suitable courier service within 2 working days. The exact cost of shipping will be calculated during the checkout process, based on the exact size, weight and final destination of your order.
Where an order contains "Pre-Order" items then the package will be dispatched as soon as stock is made available. We are usually able to dispatch these items 2-3 days before the official release date. If there is a delay in the arrival of stock, we will notify you by email. You are entitled to amend or cancel your order at any time before dispatch, just get in touch with us via the Contact Form.
From February 2022, all of our international parcels will be shipped using tracked services and will include paperwork for customs services. This is to minimise delivery delays and reduce the number of lost the items. As such, the costs of shipping smaller parcels (such as single CDs) is now higher than before.
Average Delivery Times
UK deliveries are generally received by our customers within 3 working days. European orders can take approximately 7-14 days and international orders can take up to 21 days to arrive, depending on local services and customs clearance.
Import Duty, VAT and Local Taxes
We are a UK based business and automatically collect UK VAT (Value Added Tax). All of our products are displayed with UK VAT included. All taxes will be checked and recalculated during the checkout process depending on the final destination of your order.
UK - UK VAT is included in the advertised price and charged at the normal rate.
European Union - From the 1st July 2021, we will be using the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) scheme. This means that we are now responsible for collecting, reporting and paying the VAT due on any order shipped to the EU. When you place an order, UK VAT will be removed and VAT at your local rate will be applied. This mean that everything is paid during our checkout process and you should not have any additional customs charges or handling fees when receiving your goods.
Rest Of The World - We will deduct our local taxes and recalculate your order during the checkout process. However, you are solely responsible for any import duty, local taxes or fees incurred at the point of delivery. We have no control over these charges as customs policies, import duties, taxes and handling fees vary widely from country to country. We cannot tell you if a charge is required or what it may be. If you are unsure, please check the with your local customs authorities before ordering.

Returning Physical Items

Returns will be processed upon receipt and if replacement goods are required, then they will be dispatched immediately. Normally, goods will be exchanged for an exact replacement. In the case of discontinued, limited edition or out of stock items, a refund may be offered as an alternative.
Sales of digital goods are considered final and non-refundable once the order is complete. Your goods are available for download immediately after payment, except for pre-orders, which will be available on the advertised release date.
